Letter Fields

Senders Info - These fields are used to enter the sender's name and title along with the date of the letter.  
Click on the date control to pick a date from the pop up calendar.

 

File Reference - The default file reference is set to 'Letter'.

 

Regarding - Enter a short description as to the subject of the letter. This field will be automatically filled in with the job description if a job number was entered in the Job Information section of the screen.

 

Copies To (CC) - Used to indicate all parties who are sent copies of the letter. Important Note: All names in this field will be saved and restored automatically when they are associated with a job and the job is referenced again in another letter.
