There are currently eight report options available in the Clients system.
Although these reports are pre-designed, most of the reports have options that allow the user to generate reports with special partial run features. When a partial run is selected, a list of the records within the selection criteria will be displayed. Click the box on the left side of each record to select the records that will appear on the report. The selection flag may be removed by selecting the box once more. Select OK to record your selections and to return to the report options screen.

(MAR) - Denotes that the report has been converted to the My AccuBuild Reports version making the report customizable by the end user. Please refer to the documentation on custom report design for more information.
The Address List Report prints the mailing and/or shipping address and the phone number of each client in the system.
This report includes the mailing address, phone number, person to contact, and the 1099 information fields.
Profile Status Report *** Out of Date *** Please use the new Profile Status - Excluding Lien Status Report
The Profile Status Report will print the profile information as maintained on the Profile Tab of the Clients Screen. This report may be printed for a single client or all clients, a single job or all jobs, and there is an option to print only those profiles that have a designation of 'All Operations'.
This report does not include all forty of the profile fields which were added in the 8.5.0.2 Maroon release.
The Profile & Lien Status Report and Violations Only Report will print both the profile and lien release information as maintained on the Clients Screen. The These reports have been designed in MAR and will include all forty of the profile fields if applicable.
Profile Status - Excluding Lien Status
The Profile Status Report will print the profile information as maintained on the Profile Tab of the Clients Screen. This report may be printed for a single client or all clients. This report has been designed in MAR and will include all forty of the profile fields, if applicable.
The Preliminary Lien Notice and Lien Release Information Report prints the data as maintained on the Liens Tab of the Clients Screen. This report includes the date of the preliminary lien notice, the client's name, the supplier's name, and the current lien release effective date for each supplier and whether the release is a full and final release.
The mailing labels may be printed on Avery laser label sheets (or the equivalent) and can be printed in two formats:

Layout Design for Fill In Forms
The layout design forms (landscape and portrait designs) have been provided to assist you with creating new reports that will print on pre-printed forms. Add databases to these forms and lay the desired fields on top of the grid which acts as a spacing guide. You will need to create a copy of the form in order to modify it in any way.
This report will capture any errors that may occur on reports that are generated under the AccuBuild Mobile platform.
