Batch Utilities

This feature is used for both customer freight billings as well as citrus billings to set aside the current batch for future processing and recalling batches that were previously set aside.  This option works by copying the current batch file to a backup file and then removing the entries in the current batch.  If the option is started from the Freight Bill menu then it works in conjunction with the freight bill batch file (truckbat.adt), and if the option is started from the Citrus Bill menu then it works in conjunction with the citrus bill batch file (citrsbat.adt).  When this option is selected, the batch utility screen will be displayed with the appropriate settings based on the type of batch selected: freight or citrus.  You will then choose the desired option to Save the current batch or Recall a previously saved batch.

You will need this option to set aside and recall a citrus batch that is not ready for posting but the next week's batch needs to be entered.  You might also use this option to set aside a large batch of customer billings, so that you can process a single billing though the system.
