MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS

•NEW REPORT - Certified Payroll Report - Format #2 - (Exclude Union = 0).  A new report class number 619 was created to filter the zero union codes out of the data so that the report works correctly.  The old library report PRREP06B.618 has been replaced with a new report format entitled PRREP06B.619 which will use the new 619 report class to filter the data and report non payroll weeks correctly.

Note: Since this is a new report class, you will need to update your MAR Report Security to expose this new report to user who require access.The MAR State Unemployment Reports have been updated for the partial run option

PAYROLL

•CORRECTION - The MAR State Unemployment Reports have been updated for the partial run option to use the SUIStateCode field for selecting the desired states to be included in the report. Previously the State_Code field was being used which is the state code for withholding taxes and this code might be different than the state code for unemployment taxes.

•CORRECTION - The SQL Script used to generate the Tax Form data for Aatrix Tax Forms has been updated to make sure the SUI State Code field is used on Unemployment records instead of the state code.  This will change was required for companies that have employees working in one state for withholding purposes but need to the contributions for State Unemployment sent to their home state.

•CORRECTION - The MAR Certified Payroll Report - Format 2 which excludes zero union codes was not reporting correctly for weeks that had no payroll.  A new report class number 619 was created to filter the zero union codes out of the data so that the report works correctly.  The old library report PRREP06B.618 has been replaced with a new report format entitled PRREP06B.619 which will use the new 619 report class to filter the data and report non payroll weeks correctly.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•CORRECTION - When changing the number of an existing COR on the PM Log, the supporting cost breakdown records were not being renumbered for the new change and therefore would not show up after renumbering.  This problem has been corrected.

•CORRECTION - The COR Markup Percentages on the cost breakdowns have been updated to allow the markup percentage to be set to zero when necessary to override the default markup percentages set up for each project in the COR Properties Screen.  Previously you could change the percentage to any number other than zero, and if set to zero, it would revert back to the original percentage.

•CORRECTION - The Daily Report Screen would lock up if all the time card entries on the screen were deleted and the screen could not be closed correctly. This problem has been resolved.

SCHEDULING

•ENHANCEMENT - The data checking routine for job schedules has been updated to correct any tasks that inadvertently get assigned an invalid parent task ID of zero.  When this occurs, a blank task is displayed on the Gantt Chart which is very difficult to correct or move.  Now by simply closing and reopening the Gantt Chart screen, any invalid parent IDs will automatically be corrected.
