Advantage Database Store Procedure DLL Update

•The stored procedure DLL file (AbAepSy1.aep) used in the AccuBuild Database procedure calls was updated with new compiler setting which should cause the entire DLL to be copied to the user’s local paging file and then be launched from there to avoid any disconnect or locking issues when the program needs to load another part of the DLL. For some companies that are running AccuBuild on the Cloud Server or on a Windows Terminal Server remote desktop connection, a random error “External exception C0000006” was being displayed at different points in the program and the new settings should prevent this from occurring.

ACCUBUILD TIMECLOCK – New Product Now Available

AccuBuild TimeClock is a software application program that was created specifically for the Nexus 7 Tablet and is used for clock in / clock out tracking for employees.  Employees simply use the tablet to clock in and out each day from any location including jobsites, production shops, etc.  The application allows supervisors to distribute employee time by job and phase and then seamlessly uploads employee time card entries to the AccuBuild System for Payroll Processing & Project Management Tracking.  Employees simply enter their PIN (Employee Number) to clock in or out and all information is sent to the AccuBuild Program including a picture of the employee and the GPS location where the employee clocked in from.

The integration of the TimeClock system and the AccuBuild Program is now supported in this release of AccuBuild.  Please contact AccuBuild Sales for more information on this product.

•ENHANCEMENT - Direct Deposit - A new default setting for the “Fill Unused Block Space With 9’s” option on Direct Deposit NACHA File can now be set up in payroll properties so that this option does not have to be set each time a NACHA file is processed.  The Direct Deposit NACHA File screen will now default to this new setting each time is it opened.

ORDERS

•CORRECTION - When posting purchase order invoices, the system was failing to check all records in the batch for a bad future transaction date.  This problem has been corrected.
