EQUIPMENT

•CORRECTION - The integrity test option for updating the current year and prior year depreciation totals had been incorrectly using the system cutoff date as the basis for current and prior year depreciation transactions.  This problem has been corrected and now any depreciation entries dated within the current fiscal year will be included in the current year totals and any entries dated prior to the current fiscal year will be included in the prior year totals. Note: Any entries dated for a future fiscal year will NOT be included in the deprecation totals.

JOB COST

•ENHANCEMENT – The Cost to Complete Adjustment Entries screen has been enhanced to now include the G/L Expense Account level to be included in the adjustment entries in order to apply adjustments to a specific type of expense within a cost phase.  If estimate detail items are tied to specific g/l expense accounts, you will now be able to make adjustment entries at that level.  Both the Cost Phases Grid and the Transactions Grid have been updated to show detail at the job-phase-account level. Note: If estimates are not set up with expense accounts, then a single cost phase will be displayed with a zero expense account.

•ENHANCEMENT - A new job cost report has been added titled 'Budget Revision Capsheet Report / Account Totals' which will include the cost to complete projections at the cost and expense account level in conjunction with the new enhancements to the Cost to Complete Adjustment Entries screen.

•CORRECTION - Cost to Complete Adjustment Entries screen - If the user's Dashboard data conflicted with the temporary tables used to compute the cost to complete adjustment amounts, it could cause a series of exception errors.  The Dashboard tables are now closed before these calculations are processed in order to avoid any conflicts.

•NEW REPORT – A new job cost report has been added to the MAR Report Library titled 'Budget Revision Capsheet Report / Account Totals' which will include the cost to complete projections at the cost and expense account level in conjunction with the new enhancements to the Cost to Complete Adjustment Entries screen.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Employee Address and Phone List Report (PRREP01E.604) was updated to include a filter for current employees.
