ACCUBUILD MOBILE
•ENHANCEMENT - New setting for User Mobile Settings to disable the crew setup feature on the AccuBuild Mobile Application. [PMID Ref No: 8848]
| A new feature was added to the AccuBuild Mobile App that allows for mobile users to be blocked from setting up crews on the mobile App for Daily Report Time Card entries. This new setting is accessed in the AccuBuild Program on the User Maintenance Screen. The new setting is titled "Disable Crew Setup for this User "and is located on the Mobile Settings Tab. If you want to disable this feature for a mobile user, you will need to check the box on this setting. |
| Important Note: This new setting will NOT change any functionality for existing mobile users that are using the crew setup feature, however you will need to update any users that you want blocked from this feature. |
•CORRECTION - The mobile app was not handling the notes in the Daily Field reports correctly by allowing too many spaces in the description. The mobile procedure abm_DailyReportTimeCardRecord_Write was updated to trim the notes in order to resolve the issue. [PMID Ref No: 9458]
ACCUIMPORTER
•CORRECTION - The AccuImporter utility had a couple of issues during the import process of vendor invoices [PMID Ref No 7605]
| An issue existed with the Invoice Reference Number assignment on the import process for vendor invoices. There was also a problem with blank jobs and blank equipment numbers being imported as zeros instead of blanks. Both of these issues have been corrected in this release. |
HELP SYSTEM
•The Accubuild Online Help System has been updated for the Production Units by Detail Item tracking feature. The new documentation outlines the use of the feature, best practices, and set up processes for Estimate Import templates. [PMID Ref No: 9652]
JOB COST - Production Units By Detail Item
•CORRECTION - The Production Units by Detail Item Screen had an issue with changing an existing Bid Item number. [PMID Ref No 6955]
| When an existing Bid Item Number was changed on the currently selected job, there were some instances where other bid items on other job numbers were being changed which caused issues with the unrelated jobs. This issue has been corrected in this release. |

INVENTORY
•CORRECTION - The MAR Inventory Reconciliation Report has been updated to correct an issue with the Current Balance field when there are no transactions for the current fiscal year. [PMID Ref No: 10188]
PAYROLL
•ENHANCEMENT - The Time Card Worksheet Import process has been enhanced with a new process for companies that use the Tailored Solution framework during the import of payroll time cards. [PMID Ref No 2936]
| A new user table will now be created during the import process when the Worksheet Import Pay Rate framework (Class 111700) is enabled. The new table name is called TCW_FilteredRecIDs and contains a list of the time card worksheet record IDs that were imported. This table can then be used by the framework class script to identify the records that are imported when the user is processing a partial list of time cards. |
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
•ENHANCEMENT UPDATE - The new Production Unit by Cost Phase feature in the Daily Field Reports screen was displaying a message when the date of the Daily Field Report was changed. The message would indicate that there were Production Units by Cost Phase records that existed and needed to be updated with the new date when in fact there were no records to update. This did not cause any issues other than display a misleading message. A correction was made to insure that this message will only be displayed when there are actual production unit records to be changed. [PMID Ref No 4894] & [PMID Ref No 10047]
