Version 9.0.0.7

Version 9.0.0.7 requires the purchase of the 2013 Update License. All future updates for 2013 will require Version 9.0.0.7 or later.

•CORRECTION – A/P Invoice Approval Process - If the routing notes on an a/p approval document contained an apostrophe, it would generate an exception error when the routing notes were updated do to a SQL Execution failure. The apostrophes will be now be removed from the routing notes in order to fix this error.

UPDATE - The AccuBuild Mobile program was using a default state code of zero (California) for entries where the state code was NOT enabled for field entry. When the timecard records were imported for payroll, the state code field was corrected during the import process, however the timecard worksheet screen was showing the state code as zero on the reports before the import process was carried out. The mobile program AND the AccuBuild Program have both been updated to use the employee's default state code instead of zero whenever there is NO default set on the Job or on any related LDC codes.

Note: The AccuBuild Mobile Program will need to be updated AND the Mobile Stored Procedures will need to be refreshed from within the AccuBuild program in order for these changes to be enabled.

CORRECTION - When processing multi-page scanned (Tiff) documents and pages were split into 2 or more routing documents (invoices) for processing, an exception error was raised when the second and subsequent set of routing documents were indexed. Furthermore, when these documents were then processed, another exception error was raised during the posting process and the same route to user ID and Routing notes were used for all processed documents. All of these issues have been fixed.

•CORRECTION - The job partial run option on the G/L Detail Report has been corrected.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Check Register and Burden Report has been converted to the MAR format (prrep15b.644). This report includes a detail drill down on each check record.

•CORRECTION – When changes were made to any of the phase default fields for Labor Distribution Codes, and the cursor was not moved off of the record being changed before exiting the screen, an exception error "List index out of bounds" was generated and caused the screen to lock up. This problem has been corrected.

•ENHANCEMENT - The timecard worksheet report has been updated to respect the cutoff dates that are displayed on the screen when the report is generated. Previously, all "unprocessed" timecard entries were included on the report which made it difficult to get a report of the current weeks timecards that are being imported into payroll.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Check Register and Burden Report has been converted to the MAR format (prrep15b.644). This report includes a detail drill down on each check record.

•ENHANCEMENT - The Payroll Time Card Listing reports (tcautock.rpt; tcalphack.rpt) that may be printed while in the batch have been modified to show misc pay hours in the summary of hours. Before this change the report only showed a summary of Regular and OT hours which did not always add up to the Total Hours.

•ENHANCEMENT – Two new phase master templates are now available in the Samples\MastrLst which contain the standard 48 CSI Codes 10000 – 480000:

•CORRECTION – The Menu Settings Screen contained options for the old floating shortcut options from AccuBuild Version 8 which were eliminated in Version 9. This screen has been corrected to show the modules correctly without the extra floating shortcuts.
