PAYROLL

 

•The Federal Withholding Tables for 2013 are included in this update and include a new tax bracket of 39.6% which was part of the last minute "Fiscal Cliff" deal.

 

•The following State withholding tax tables for 2013 have been updated in this release:

 

•Colorado

•Oklahoma

 

 

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

 

•ENHANCEMENT - A new backup component has been added to replace the old XCEEDZIP legacy component, and all the backup and restore operations have been updated to use this new component.  The new component DOES NOT require a separate DLL file and the XCEEDZIP.DLL file will no longer be distributed with the AccuBuild Program.  In addition, the following features and enhancements were added to the Backup & Restore operations:

 

•ENHANCEMENT – The workstation setup for AccuBuild in a network environment no longer requires a client setup program to be run. All workstations can now be set by adding a mapped drive to the AccuBuild Folder on the network and creating a shortcut to the accublde.exe program.

 

•NEW FEATURE – The Backup Data feature for backing up company data files has a new checkbox option called Backup Company Subdirectory Folders. When this option is selected (checked), the Zip Backup file will contain all the folders and files under the company folder which typically includes the user data files (batches), dashboard settings etc.

 

•ENHANCEMENT – The Company Backup option has been modified so that only the minimum files are backed up in the SYSTEM.ZIP file from the AccuBuild DATA Folder.  Previously, all the files in the DATA Folder were included in the backup which caused both the SYSTEM.ZIP and the company backup zip files to grow very large in size.  This new enhancement will keep the SYSTEM.ZIP file to a much smaller file size.

 

•NEW FEATURE – The Restore Data feature for restoring company data files has a new checkbox option called Restore Company Subdirectory Folders. When this option is selected (checked), all the folders and files under the company folder (which typically includes the user data files (batches), dashboard settings etc.) will be restored.  A new progress bar was also added to this screen in order to give more accurate progress of the restore process.
