ADMS FORMS

•CORRECTION - Transmittal Form - The CLTRMTL1.241 form for the ADMS Library had a problem with the line item descriptions showing the date field by mistake.  A new version of the MAR Library Form for Transmittal Letters is included in this release.

•CORRECTION - Preliminary Form – The Estimate Amount was not showing amounts greater than $999 due to a formatting issue on the screen.  This problem has been resolved with this release and now the full amounts are showing correctly on the form.

•CORRECTION – Lien Release Forms – The Amount fields were not showing amounts greater than $999 due to a formatting issue on the screen.  This problem has been resolved with this release and now the full amounts are showing correctly on all the release forms.

•ENHANCEMENT – All of the new ADMS Forms now support the Text Format for exporting the forms.

GENERAL LEDGER

•CORRECTION - A cosmetic problem has been corrected in the MAR G/L Trial Balance reports where the G/L Account field was not showing the proper decimal point on certain accounts due to a rounding issue on the account number.  This was a cosmetic issue only and had no effect on the account balances.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•CORRECTION – The new MAR Version of the Transmittal Letter, Company Letter, and Fax Cover Sheet forms were not being auto exported and filed in the ADMS System (document management) and copied to the corresponding log folder.  This problem has been resolved.

•ENHANCEMENT – When using the MAR Version of the Transmittal Letter, Company Letter, and Fax Cover Sheet in the PM Log, you can now control the auto filed copy of the exported form by setting up custom versions of these forms and then using the Form Assignments under the Report Menu.  This will allow you to have more meaningful named forms instead of the generic library form.
