ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

•ENHANCEMENT - The automatic a/p checks now print out the dollar amount with commas included.

HELP MENU

•NEW LINK - The Help Menu in the AccuBuild Program now contains a menu option for connecting up to a live meeting for technical support via GoToMeeting. You will need to reset you menu toolbar in order to access this new option.

Instruct each user to follow these steps to refresh their screen. Open the AccuBuild program and open the company. Click on the down-arrow on the main screen that is located under the X that is used to close the AccuBuild program. Click Add or Remove Buttons; click Reset Toolbar.

JOB COST

•ENHANCEMENT - The Contract Status Spreadsheet Report has been converted to MAR Format

PAYROLL / MAR

•ENHANCEMENT - The Certified Payroll Report has been converted to the MAR Format and now contains more robust features:

o	The weekly payroll report number is now automatically calculated for each job.

o	With the MAR version, you no longer have to run one job at a time – simply enter the week ending date and the report will automatically produce a report for each project including "NO LABOR THIS PERIOD" reports.

o	A report dialog is displayed before the reports are printed to allow for editing of the report parameters for such things as project number, payroll report number etc. which allows much more flexibility for changing data on the report.

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT - A new format has been created and added to the MAR Library for MAR Payroll Checks that will include Accrued Pay amounts on the check stubs.

PAYROLL TAX TABLE UPDATES FOR 2010

•Missouri State Withholding Tables have been updated for 2010

•Washington DC Tables have been updated for 2010
