JOB COST ENHANCEMENTS
•A new MAR Report has been added to the Job Cost Report Library called Budget Revision Capsheet Report which is used by project managers to analyze the cost to complete on each project.
•A new menu option has been added to the Job Cost Menu entitled Enter Cost To Complete Adjustments which is used by project managers to enter cost to complete revisions with transaction dates to any job cost phase for job cost analysis. These cost to complete transaction will NOT change the job estimate amounts and therefore do not affect the accounting totals in the AccuBuild System, they simply are used to feed the new Budget Revision Capsheet Report and give project managers a tool to project final costs on a project. Note: The project manager will only be able to update the cost to complete revision amounts on the jobs that he or she has access to.
