PAYROLL - WISH LIST
•New MAR Payroll report titled Active Employee List that lists all current employees along with the last payroll check date. Includes a drill down for history of all payroll checks.
•New MAR Payroll report titled Accrued Pay Report which recaps all employee accrued pay totals as set up under the new Accrued Pay Tracking Feature in the Employee List. This feature will allow you to set up an accrual for such items as vacation, holiday or sick hours. Note: The 'accrual' is for reporting only; no entries for the accrued amount will be made within the accounting system.

SECURITY - CORRECTION
•The Group Security Menu Restrictions were not hiding the restricted menu option like the User Security Restrictions did they were simply dimming the restricted menu options but leaving them visible. The restricted group menu options will now be hidden like the restricted user menu options are.
•Certain check boxes were not remaining checked / unchecked due to duplicate partial menu names being found for the same user - this issue has been resolved for both user and group security restriction settings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - ENHANCEMENT
•New Meeting Button has been added to the Events Section on the My Day Tab of the Project Management Screen. This option is used to schedule a meeting as a new event AND allows you to send out e-mail notifications of the meeting to other AccuBuild users using Outlook Exchange Server. In order for the email options to work, each AccuBuild user must have their default e-mail address field set up under the User Email Settings option. You may select one or more e-mail address from the user list to send the meeting notification.
