MAR - PURCHASE ORDER REPORT
•A new MAR report titled Subcontractor Order Payment Status Report has been added to the Purchase Order Reports in MAR. This report recaps the payment information on Subcontract Orders along with profile information on each subcontractor. The report also includes drill down features for subcontract items, invoice amounts, and payment details.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - CORRECTION
•The Change Order Form in project management now reflects the total change for each category including all COR and CO Markup amounts. Previously this form was only reflecting the cost of each COR without the new markup amounts for COR and CO Totals.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - CORRECTION
•The Restrictions Tab for Users and User Groups had problems with selected menu options where the checkbox would not stay checked on the screen when the user or group restrictions were saved. This problem was discussed and uncovered at the 1st Annual User Group Conference and has been corrected with this release.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - WISH LIST
•The Restrictions Tab for Users and User Groups has been enhanced to make the task of locating the desired menu option much easier. The Main Menu Options for each module are now listed in all UPPER CASE Lettering, enclosed in brackets with a plus sign (+) to the left of the menu option. For example, the Main Payroll Menu will now be listed as +[PAYROLL]. This suggestion was discussed and added to the Wish List during 1st Annual User Group Conference and has been included in this update.

A new security menu titled Payroll Info has been added for the job list (Update Jobs) for securing the Payroll Tab on the job list. The Payroll Tab exposes the company Federal Tax ID if it has been set up in the company properties and now this tab can be secured to hide the Payroll Information on the Job. This suggestion was discussed during 1st Annual User Group Conference and has been included in this update.
