The Job Detail Items screen has been enhanced to remember the previous screen settings whenever the screen is loaded. In addition, a new pop up menu (right-click) has been added for resetting the grid default settings and adjusting columns.
Payroll - New Feature

A new feature is now available as part of the Time Card Import module for the AccuBuild Payroll System which allows time card data to be entered into excel spreadsheets and then imported into AccuBuild. The custom spreadsheet has been designed to connect to the company database files and create lookup table lists for all data fields required for entering payroll from remote locations such as construction job sites. This means that job site supervisors can turn in employee timecards on an excel spreadsheet that can be imported directly into Accubuild without re-keying the time card data. This feature will save hundreds of hours of data entry and totally eliminate the need for duplicating the time card information recorded in the field.
Purchase Order - Cosmetic Fix

The drop down controls for inventory part numbers have been updated to allow a smaller display area of the lookup part number.

Removed the screen flickering and delay after selecting a part number for a line item of an order.
System Security - Enhancement
•
The AccuBuild database security has been enhanced with this release in order to secure the ODBC connection interface for the new Time Card / Spreadsheet Import function. Logins are for the company connections for ANY ODBC connection via the ODBCConnection Dictionary.
