Enhancement - The following enhancements have been made to the Subcontractor Payment Sheet Option:

 

Subcontract Payment Sheets have been converted to the MAR Forms and users can now modify the forms.

 

The Print Option on Subcontractor Payment Sheets has been expanded to simply print the form or to 'Print and Email Merge'.  After previewing the forms, the list of subcontractors receiving payment sheets will be dispalyed and a PDF version of the  payment sheets can be automatically e-mailed to each subcontractor.

Enhancement - ADMS Forms - The Fax Cover Sheet, Transmittal Letter and Company Letter now allow selection of contacts within a company (Email Contact List).  In addition, if you are using any of these forms from the Project managment Screen, then the company information selections will be filtered for the current list of Team Members on the selected project.

New Feature - Contract Billings - Added new type of billing called 'Unit Billing - Retn'.  This format uses unit billings but only computes the retention amount on the current billing amounts instead of the historical billed amounts.  In addition, when the Auto Retn button is used for this format, only the retention withheld to date is billed on the invoice instead of the total retention on the contract like other formats.  This allows retention invoices to be generated immediately after a progress billing.

Enhancements - Contract Billings - The Subcontractor format has been converted to the MAR Forms and users can now modify the billing format.  All other contract billing formats will be converted and will be available in subsequent releases.

Enhancements - The following enhancements have been made to the My AccuBuild Reports module:

 

 

Special AccuBuild variables used MAR reports will now work within sub-reports of any report.

 

 

Email Merge functionality has been added to selected reports.  This requires installation of Outlook Security Manager to avoid unnecessary mouse clicks.

 

 

A new menu option called Change Report Class has been added to the pup up menu.  This option allows you to change the report class on any custom report provided the user has access to the Modify Button in MAR.  This makes the process much easier to share reports between companies and start new reports from scratch with any type of existing data pipe connections.  Please refer to the related topies for more information.

Enhancements - The following enhancements have been made to the Project Management module:

 

 

Project Management Logs have been optimized to open faster.

 

New option called Adjust Cell Height on Cell Overflow on the pop up menu to show the entire log description in the grid for multiple line descriptions.

 

New Job Closeout Form is available for print the punch list items.

 

There is a new My Day Calendar option on the PM menu to open the calendar directly.

 

My Day Tab - Two new buttons have been added to allow a user to assign tasks and events to other users.  Prevent a user from assigning a task or an event to another user by restricting access to the User Maintenance menu option on the user's Restrictions Tab.

 

RFI ntries have a new Subject field.

 

Change Order Requests - Internal Change Orders Requests (COR) can now be designated and tracked separately from normal CORs.  Internal CORS can only be associated with Internal Change Orders.

PM

 

The following items have been corrected in the PM Module:

 

Problems with adding new records to the Specifications list has been fixed.

 

Memo Calendar now opens with the current date.

 

Jobsite Meeting Form was corrected to allow the meeting minutes to wrap properly.

 

"Class Not Registered" error when entering a description in the PM Log has now been fixed.

 

Contract Agreement Form will now use the company logo the same as all other PM Forms.

 

Fixed problem with Days Extensions field being reset to 1 when a COR was attached to a CO.

The Help Menu now contains a new options to install or uninstall the PDF DLL's.  These files are required for exporting reports and forms to the PDF format. This function should be performed at each workstation.
