Version 7.1.0.2 is the last version available to users that have not paid the 2004 Software Update Fees.

The 7.1.0.1 release created a new sub-directory called PDF which contained the printed help manuals for each module except Job Cost.  This release now includes the Job Cost manual in PDF format. The most current version of the PDF documents are always available on the AccuBuild website on the Downloads page.

PMBuildr.exe - Distributing new AccuBuild utility program to create a categorized phase master list from an existing phase master list.  This feature allows you to create up to ten standard sub-categories on each phase utilizing the decimal place of the phase number.  (ie. .01 = Labor, .02 = Material, etc.).  The utility will then automatically create these subphases for each phase contained in the phase master list so that they may be posted to a job.

Samples Directory - New phase master template for general contractors with categories (PhaseGC2.zip) as described in the above section has now been included in the Samples\Master List directory and can be imported into an existing company through the Restore Data option.  Also refer to Job Cost Estimate Import item listed below for additional new sample file information.

Subcontractor Payment Sheets - Corrected error that would occur when creating payment sheets using the AUTO option on jobs that contain a letter in the job number.

Estimate Import - Created two test estimate files in Excel (ImpEst.xls and ImpEst2.xls) to distribute in the Samples folder for easier demonstration of using the estimate import feature.  The ImpEst2.xls spreadsheet is an example of multiple columns (Labor, Materials, etc.) for the same line item.

Estimate Import - Corrected posting routine to prevent null date value of 12/30/1899 from being posted on unapproved change orders.  Also corrected the Summarize Phase Totals option which was not working properly with multiple estimate amounts on the same row of the spreadhsset and using phase increments.
