•CORRECTION -Document Routing Job / Phase Message
The settings screen for the Invoice Approval process in document routing was displaying an unnecessary message for invoices that were not coded to a job. The message has been removed in this update
JOB COST / MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS (MAR)
•ENHANCEMENT - MAR Class Changes for Contract Billing Forms
The MAR Class Library for Contract Billing Forms has been updated to include new fields for Sales Tax which include the SalesTaxRate, SalesTaxAmount, and JobTotalAmountDueIncludingTax. These fields are now available class 141 (original contract billing class) and class 700141 (reprint billing class). The sales tax fields are computed using the Sales Tax District that is set up on the Job Cost > Update Jobs > Job Info Tab.
Sample Report Format: A sample AIA Billing format is available in the Reports Folder that can be added to the MAR Forms list and set up as class 141 which incorporates these new sales tax fields:

Note: These new fields are computed fields only and will NOT be included with the billing totals when the contract billings are posted. The sales tax portion of the invoice can be posted through the miscellaneous A/R Invoice process.
PAYROLL
•ENHANCEMENT - Payroll Posting changes for Tailored Solution Customers [PMID Ref No 12075]
The Payroll posting routine was updated with new code to handle situations where the posting process is completed successfully but the batch tables cannot be cleared due to system denial of exclusive access to these tables. The situation can be caused by tailored solutions that are developed to access the batch tables for additional custom processing during the posting process. When these situations are encountered, the posting process will document the error and then process special SQL code to clear the batch tables as an alternative solution in order to complete the clearing of the batches.
