accubuild Database

•STRUCTURE UPDATE - This update includes database structure changes for new company and system tables which will bring the database tables up to version 9.5 to match the Accubuild Program Version.  The company tables include new database tables to support the new subcontract online processing feature and the system tables will support the new Advance Settings table which will be used for enabling future tailored solution features in the AccuBuild System.

•CORRECTION - A bug existed when new user links were attempted to be created but the necessary globalcloudcompanysettings table was missing in the DATA Folders.  The error message that was generated was “Exception error at accfunc.CreateOrVerifyLink - File not found.Table name:GlobalCloudCompanySettings”.

The work around solution was to create the missing table via the AccuBuild Mobile Settings Screen.  The problem has been resolved and the table will now be created automatically, if missing, to eliminate the error message.

AccuBuild Analytics

•UPDATE - The Beta Version of AccuBuild Analytics has been updated with new features in this release which include:

oNew Cube Security which is based on existing company users and groups.

oRevised cube scripts and cube layouts for the cube library

oNew feature that allows existing cube data to be reopened without the need to query the data again.

oNew Refresh button which will force the data to be refreshed for the selected cube.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

•NEW OPTIONS - The File > System Administrator > Configuration > Accounting Tab has two buttons for handling new configuration settings:

oAdvanced Property Settings - This option will be used in future updates of AccuBuild to enable new tailored solutions for existing companies and handle any custom setting for those solutions.  A Master List of Settings will be updated with each release of AccuBuild, and you can choose to enable any option by adding the setting to your company’s advanced settings list.

oRefresh Subcontractor Online Configuration Tables - This option is used to set up the default record values in the new Subcontractor Online Payment system and to refresh these settings as new options become available in future updates of AccuBuild.
