ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

•SPEED ENHANCEMENT - The query process for recurring payable invoices has been updated with a new set of date filters to speed up the query process for historical records.  Previously ALL historical records were being queried which was extremely slow for customers with a large number of historical records.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

•SPEED ENHANCEMENT - The query process for recurring receivable invoices has been updated with a new set of date filters to speed up the query process for historical records.

•CORRECTION - The bank account drop down control for direct payment cash receipts was only allowing the first 2 digits of the account to be entered in the lookup control; this has been corrected.

GENERAL LEDGER

•SPEED ENHANCEMENT - The query process for recurring journal entries was updated for the same set of dates to speed up the query process.

JOB COST

•CORRECTION - The newest Auto Billing Button options for Subcontractor Payment Sheet Percentages and Job Cost Percentages were not calculating the prior billing amounts correctly on second and subsequent billings. This problem has been corrected.

PAYROLL

•ENHANCEMENT - Time Card Worksheet - The AccuBuild Mobile Settings Screen has been updated with two new options for the Tine card Worksheet Screen for changes to the default business rules:

oDISABLE Job Number Sync rule for Daily Report - If this option is checked, then the time card worksheet screen will NOT enforce the business rule to make sure that the job number on the time card record ALWAYS matches the job number for the Daily Report that the time card is linked to.

oDISABLE Work Date Sync Rule for Daily Report – If this option is checked, then the time card worksheet screen will NOT enforce the business rule to make sure that the work date on the time card record ALWAYS matches the date of the Daily Report that the timec ard is linked to.

•CORRECTION - The pop-up list of salaried employees that is displayed on the time card entry screen has been updated to only include ACTIVE salaried employees.

•BUSINESS RULE UPDATE - The Time Card Worksheet Change Button now enforces the daily report business rules for making sure the date and job number match the Daily Report for all selected records to be changed.
