Update Prior Years Revenue

The Update Prior Years Revenue option allows you to print a report (jcprrev.rpt) that recalculates the prior years revenue for each job and compares it to the Prior Years Revenue field (Update Jobs > Contract Status Tab). If any variances are found, the fields may be updated based on the totals displayed on the report. AccuBuild calculates the revenue amount by adding the job-to-date total billed amount plus the over/under billing amount. Note: The Prior Years Revenue field will be updated automatically when the fiscal year end is closed but the prior years revenue can be recalculated and reviewed at any time through this option.
