Prior to Version 7.0.0.9, the AccuBuild program included five other union reporting formats including NECA formats.  All of these reports have been consolidated into the advanced union report formats, therefore, the Report Format Info Tab should be ignored for set up purposes.  Users that have been using the original formats may continue to do so at this time but these formats are being phased out and will not be updated for any future data structure changes.

 

The union reports are based on the payroll week ending date.  The report allows up to five weeks to be included in the current month's report.  If only four weeks will be included in the report, then skip the fifth week.

 

Hint:  If the Screen or Print button is not enabled, or if the report totals look incorrect, be sure to double-check all the period-ending dates that have been entered for the current report.  If one of the dates is entered incorrectly, the computer will not be able to find that period's payroll information and the all the checks pertaining to that period will be omitted from the report.

 

Warning:  This set of union codes are based on the current rates in the Union Codes file.  The union amount is calculated by multiplying the total wages by the various rates.  As these rates change periodically, the union amount for the same period will change based on when the rates were updated and the report was generated.
