Pressing this button will cause the AccuBuild Events and Tasks Log to be synchronized with Outlook based on the Synchronization Property settings.
| This option will update Outlook with the Events from AccuBuild. |
| This option will update AccuBuild Events from Outlook. |
| This option is used the set up the synchronization settings: |
| • | Allow Synchronization with Microsoft Outlook |
| This option must be checked in order for synchronization to occur. |
| • | Sync Options: Direction – Use this option to set up how the automatic synchronization should work: |
| o | Only Push AccuBuild Events to Outlook |
| o | Only Receive to AccuBuild from Outlook |
| o | Two-Way Synchronization (AccuBuild Data Master) – AccuBuild will override Outlook events when differences are encountered. |
| o | Two-Way Synchronization (Outlook Data Master) - Outlook will override Outlook events when differences are encountered. |
| • | Delete From Outlook if not in AccuBuild |
| Delete events in Outlook if they do not exist in AccuBuild Events Log. |
| Set this option (checked) to automatically synchronize AccuBuild and Outlook whenever changes are made. |
