Sub Hauler Quarterly Report

This option prints a PUC statement for each sub hauler and provides the information required by the sub hauler in filing his PUC returns.  Simply select the quarter and the year, and the system will automatically produce a statement for each sub hauler.  A partial run also exists to choose which sub haulers to include in the report.
