A|B Subcontractor Pay Overview

A|B Subcontractor Pay allows subcontractors to log into the cloud system and enter payment requests online.  This app utilizes the Subcontract Order item details as the "schedule of values" for each subcontract that exists in the Orders System.  

A|B Subcontractor Pay gives A|B Cloud subscribers the ability to:

•Automate Subcontractor Billings

•Collaborate and Communicate with Subcontractors in Real-Time

When logged into the app, your subcontractors can also view alerts of profile violations such as expired insurance certificates or lien releases, view important documents, and communicate in real-time with your System Administrator via a Facebook like interface.

Once pay applications are submitted by your subcontractors, the A|B Construction Software users can approve, modify or reject invoices before routing to AP for payment processing.
