Shipping terms are user defined and are used by the Orders system to tell the vendor who will be paying for the shipping costs.
| 1. | Select Add and then enter the description. The description field is 35 characters in length. |
| 2. | Select Save to record your entry or select Cancel to erase. Shipping terms may be changed or deleted at any time without affecting orders that were previously created. Note: Shipping terms are stored as part of the master record on each order and deleting a shipping term will not affect the reprinting of the order with the original terms. However, the shipping terms field on the List of Purchase Orders screen will be blank on all orders that were created with the now deleted term. |
