RequirePOClosedStatusOnDeleteJob

Used to prevent a job from being deleted if there are any open Purchase Orders or SubContractor Orders on the job. All job related orders MUST be closed in order to delete the job.

This option needs to be enabled through the System Admin > Configuration > Accounting > Advanced Settings screen.
