DailyReportsOpenCloseRestrictions

Used to restrict changes to a Daily Report after it has been closed.  Also prevents a closed Daily Report from being opened if this setting is enabled and payroll timecard have been processed for DFR.

This option needs to be enabled through the System Admin > Configuration > Accounting > Advanced Settings screen.
