Review and modify various time management settings and status codes for RFIs, CORs and Submittals through the Properties button located on the PM Log screen. These settings define the number of days to expect a response on each log type. If a response has not been received within the allowed response time, then the log will change color to alert the user of the over due status.
The COR properties screen also contains the Markup Parameter fields that can be used to add cost to either cost estimate items (COR Markup fields) or contract billing items (CO Markup fields) for such items as overhead and profit, bonds, etc.
User defined fields for the PM logs are also set up through the Properties button.
