This group of settings control the job fields associated with the form.

 

Open Jobs Only - Use this option to display a list of active jobs.  Closed jobs will not be included if this option is checked.

 

Lookup By Job Name - Use this option to lookup the job by the job description instead of the job number.

 

Job - Select the desired job.  This field may also be blank.

 

Send To - Use this option to automatically set the recipient's name and address based on the contact information associated with the selected job.  Options for this selection include the Customer, Architect, Lender, and Owner of the project.  If the specified party has not been set up on the job, the Undefined icon will be displayed next to the field indicating that the job information should be updated with the contact information.  You may manually enter the company name and address in the 'Sent To' fields.  If the specified party is available, then the Located icon will be displayed and the company information will be fill. Note: Use the icon next to the job number field to open the list of jobs and update any missing contact information.  

 

Job Rep - Select the job representative to be included as part of the job information on this form.  The options include the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and the Salesman.  Set this field to None if you do NOT want to include the job representative on the form.  If the specified Job Rep party has not been set up on the job, the Undefined icon will be displayed next to the field indicating that the job information should be updated with the contact information.  If the specified Job Rep party is available, then the Located icon will be displayed.  If None is selected then the Omitted icon will be displayed.
 
Note:  The recipient's name information may also be manually entered in the Send To section of the screen.
