Item Desc on PO Not Displaying in PDF

The item description is the "Comments" field in the database.   Modify the form and right-click on the "Comments" field and make sure the Transparent option is checked (enabled) and save your changes.

Remember, to modify a form you must make a copy of the form and then set up a Custom Form Assignment so that the new form replaces the default form.
