The AccuBuild Mobile system consists of two separate software programs:  AccuBuild Mobile Server software is installed on your company's office server; AccuBuild Mobile software runs on your mobile device.  AccuBuild Mobile gives you instant access to your AccuBuild Enterprise (construction) software that is installed on your server.

The server must be running and have an active connection to the internet.  You must be set up as a user in the AccuBuild Enterprise software.

When you open AccuBuild Mobile from your mobile device, it will automatically try to connect to your AccuBuild Enterprise database.  Use your existing AccuBuild user name and password to sign in.  If you have multiple companies, you may switch from one company to another as needed by using the Company Selector on the login screen.

When signing in, you may receive this notice: "Sorry, all Mobile licenses are being used, try later."  This indicates that the number of concurrent users logged in exceeds your current maximum number of connections allowed.  AccuBuild Mobile will only allow a certain number of users to be logged in to your company database.  The number is determined by the number of licenses your company has purchased.    If you encounter this notice, please ask another user to log out, or contact the AccuBuild sales department (800-728-6853 ext. 1) to acquire more licenses.  Be sure to log out when not using AccuBuild Mobile.  This will reduce bandwidth and allow other users to log in.

You will find that AccuBuild Mobile is very simple to use.  The menu system and screens are different than the AccuBuild Enterprise software due to the differences in the hardware.  However, the various fields and terminology are consistent with the desktop version.  

Information such as customers, vendors, contacts and employee data is available to 'view' only.   Adding or changing this data is only available through the AccuBuild Enterprise software at this time.
