Error Extracting File

"When the Aatrix Software was doing an Automatic Update, it stopped with a "Error extracting file…" message.  What causes this?"

 

The Aatrix Software installs to the %AllUsersProfile% folder and you will need to make sure the folder rights for this folder allow for read and write access.  Simply type "%AllUsersProfile%" into the address bar of the Windows Explorer to locate this folder and make sure the rights on this folder are updated.  You may need to contact your system administrator or IT Professional if you do not have access. Once the folder rights have been updated, you should be able to run the Automatic Update process.
