Can Multiple Users Have Access to Aatrix Tax Forms?

"Can Multiple users have access to the Aatrix Tax Forms Software?"

The Aatrix Software is a Single User Application and therefore only one user at a time should use this software.  The program will generate exception errors if someone tries to run Aatrix while another user has the AccuBuild Tax Forms dialog screen open.  Simply close the screen and wait for the other user to get out and then go back into the screen and this will clear the exception errors.

SECURITY NOTE: You will want to secure the Aatrix Tax Forms menu options both in Payroll and Accounts Payable for tax form administrators only.
