EnableARCollectionNotesTracking

The Client Center has been updated with new functionality to create historical collection notes on customer receivable invoices. The collection notes will be maintained in a new free table located in the company folder called ARCollectionNotes.  This new feature must be enabled under the Advanced Settings Screen and the ARCollectionNotes table will be created automatically when the Client Center is opened.
