The top part of the screen displays a recap of each billing on the job while the bottom part of the screen displays each item billed on each invoice.
•Lookup Contract Billings Button - If another user has posted a new contract billing to the job that you are currently displaying, the screen will not automatically populate with the new record. Use the Lookup Contract Billings Button to refresh your display. Hint: The screen will automatically refresh if you select another job.
