CO - Related RFI & CORs Tab

This tab is used to link one or more Change Order Request records to the Change Order. The total of the CO will be the sum of all related COR records that are linked to the Change Order.  

 

Button

PM Log Fix Utility

 

oADD Button – Use this button to add one or more related COR or RFI records to this change order.  A list of all available COR and RFI entries will be displayed and you simply highlight one or more entries from the list and click the OK Button.  Each related COR entry will represent a single category so that the change order forms can be printed by contractor and have the ability to recap the contract totals on the approved change order form.  Individual RFI entries that are not already associated with a COR may be linked as well to maintain the paper trail.

 

Note: Only CORs that are marked Closed - Approved will be eligible for associating to a Change Order   RFI entries that are marked as Closed / COR are eligible for linking to a change order unless they are already linked to a COR.  Be sure to review the status fields of the RFI and COR for more information.

 

oRemove Button – Use this button to remove a linked COR or RFI record from the change order.

 

Buttons / Controls – The bottom of the CO Screen contains buttons and check box options that behave as follows:

 

oPrint Button – Use this option to print or preview a copy of the Change Order Form.  A separate form is printed for each Category along with a contract recap including the original contract amount as well as any previous change order amounts.

 

oOK Button – Use this option to close the CO dialog screen and Save all changes.

 

oCancel Button – Use this option to close the CO dialog screen and Cancel all changes.

 

oCreate New Task Check box – Use this option to create a new task on the My Day Tab of the PM Screen. When the CO Screen is closed and this box is checked, a task box will be displayed allowing you to enter a reminder to your list of tasks.

 

oCreate New Event Check box – Use this option to create a new event on the My Day Tab of the PM Screen.  When the CO Screen is closed and this box is checked, a new event dialog box will be displayed allowing you to enter the event information.
