ADMS Forms Overview

The ADMS Forms are a series of forms that incorporate data from the clients and job databases into pre-designed forms.  These forms have been designed with ReportBuilder Pro which is integrated with AccuBuild thereby making the forms fully customizable by the end user.

 

Form Customization – Save different versions of the same form and recall any version at any time.

 

User Level Field Memorization – Options checked by each user on the various form screens are memorized by the system and these options will be recalled everytime the same user opens the form.

 

Document Management Integration – If you own the Document Management module, then a copy of the ADMS form will be automatically saved in a PDF format to the Documents Tab of  the client and/or job referenced in the form.  Furthermore, if the e-mail option is used, the PDF document will automatically be attached to the e-mail and an e-mail transaction record will be created for each e-mail recipient.

 

Full Export Capabilities – All ADMS forms can be exported to PDF, Word, Excel, or HTML.
