DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

•ENHANCEMENT - Document Index Screen Performance Improvements - The screen for setting document indexes was slow when there was a large amount of document records.  The indexing screen has been enhanced with new SQL queries in order to allow the tagging process to perform much faster.  

ORDERS

•ENHANCEMENT - The Purchase Order Screen was running slow on the Documents Tab when there were a lot of orders in the system which made moving between orders very slow when on the Documents Tab.  A filter has now been added to the Documents Tab in order to filter the documents list for the type of order and order status.  This means that if you mark an order as closed when it is completed, you will be able to see much faster results when you are viewing open orders.

•ENHANCEMENT - When scrolling down the list of orders on the left side of the screen, the down arrow would not work while on the Documents Tab, therefore you could only scroll to the next order using the mouse.  The Documents Tab now allows you to scroll through the orders using the keyboard's up and down arrow keys.

•ENHANCEMENT - The folders on the Orders > Documents Tab will now be expanded automatically to show the documents in the folder so that all the documents are visible without needing to expand the folder structure with the mouse.

•ENHANCEMENT - A new sort order option for the inventory part was added to include the lookup by Manufacturers Code.  The Part Number lookup option will now only use the inventory part number which excludes the manufacturer's code.
