JOB COST

•ENHANCEMENT - The Cost Phase and Billing Phase format has been increased from 5.2 format to 6.2 format which now supports 6 digits before the decimal place.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS (MAR)

•ENHANCEMENT - The Committed Cost Report in MAR has been enhanced with a new datapipe that can be added to the report which contains all the Vendor / Subcontractor fields from the client list. The new datapipe table is called ClientAddressInfoTable and will need to be added and linked on the Data Tab before it can be used.

ORDERS

•Purchase Order screen updates:  Several changes were made to the Purchase Order Screen for performance optimization and user interface improvements:

•A new Open / Complete button was added for changing the status of an order from open to closed or from closed to open. Previously a checkbox was being used which caused unnecessary screen refreshing when the Orders Screen was set for both Open and Closed Orders.

•Several fields were removed from the PO Grid List and from the inventory part number control on the Items Tab in order to optimize performance.

•When the advanced grid settings were NOT enabled and a PO was printed, the system would then reset to the first Order Number on the grid. Now when an order is printed, the screen will return to the original order number after the printing is complete.

•The Delete, Find, and Copy buttons will no longer be active when using the Tab Button to tab through the screen in order to prevent accidental clicking on these buttons.

•The new query option for the Buy Out Items was enhanced for speed performance.

PAYROLL

•CORRECTION - The time card import routine was not processing overtime correctly for entries that contained a union code and the union table contained a special overtime rate. This problem has been resolved.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

•ENHANCEMENT - The Document Folders for the PM Log are now created much faster so that there is now very little delay when moving from job to job on the PM Log.

•ENHANCEMENT - ADMS Explorer  – The ADMS Explorer Window now processes the job folders much faster for the "Partial Job" option and the "All Jobs" option. In addition, the ADMS Explorer will maintain the "All Jobs" list until closed or until a partial job is created.
