PAYROLL

COMPATIBILITY - When using a third party time clock system where the State Code is not included in the import file and the state code does not exist on the job, the state code would default to zero forcing the need for the state code to be set up on each job in order to work correctly. The system will now default to the employee state code, or first state code of the employee if multiple state codes exist, so that a default code no longer needs to be set up on the job for time card import purposes.

MY ACCUBUILD REPORTS (MAR)

A series of new Data View Text Files are now available in the \AccuBld8\Reports\ directory for adding user defined views to MAR via the User Defined SQL Views menu option located on the Design Tab of the MAR  Design Screen. Each of these text files contain individual SQL Statements that can be copied and pasted directly into a new user defined SQL View. Once these views are created, they are available for any "company based" report design in MAR. In addition, these views will also be available under the Company Inquires option of the System Administrator Menu.

The list of new view files includes the following:

view_payrolltimecard.txt – historical payroll time cards with all master code descriptions, enhanced cost code fields (job cost categories, cost phase groups etc.), and batch posting timestamp information.

view_jobcostdetail.txt – historical job cost transactions with all master code descriptions, enhanced cost code fields, and batch posting timestamp information.

view_generalledgerdetail.txt – historical general ledger transactions with all master code descriptions, enhanced cost code fields, and batch posting timestamp information.

view_sourcecodelist.txt – list of general ledger source codes

view_jobinformation.txt – complete job information list with names and addresses of all contacts based on the job roles including supervisor, salesman, superintendent, architect, owner, etc.
