Version 8.3.0.3 requires the 2008 Update License CD. You must pay your 2008 Update Fees in order to receive the Update CD.  All future updates for 2008 will require Version 8303 or later.

Enhancement – The A/R Miscellaneous invoices now include fax numbers for the contractor and the customer.  The following list of custom report versions for the arbill.rpt report have been updated: lsarbill.rpt, iaarbill.rpt, ssarbill.rpt, rharbill.rpt, mgarbill.rpt, & ps2arinv.rpt.

Corrected the traditional (Crystal) version of the Cash Receipt Reports have been changed cosmetically to increase the width of the receipt date field which was being clipped on some printers – the report formats that were changed include arrep02a.rpt, arrep02b.rpt, arrep02c.rpt, & arrep02d.rpt

Enhancement – A new menu option has been added to the Job Cost Module called Custom Form Assignments which allows for selected form types in MAR to be attached to jobs or customers in order to customize form for specific jobs or customers.  By using this new feature, the AccuBuild Program will automatically switch forms based on the new form assignments.

 

Note: Be sure to reset you AccuBuild Menu in order to access this new menu option on the job cost menu.

Enhancement – A new Job Cost Report has been added to the MAR Report list: Job Cost Capsheet Report with Job, Phase, and Contract Totals – This report is an enhanced version of the Job Cost Capsheet Report with Job and Phase Totals and includes breakdown of contract and estimate amounts (original, approved change orders, & pending change orders) as well as projected cost to complete and job profit.

Enhancement – New Payroll Local Deduction Reports have been created for MAR - one for transaction date and one for week-ending date.

 

 

Enhancement – A new report called Employer Contribution Worksheet has been created for MAR.  This report will calculate the employer's matching amount on Simple IRA plans.  This report uses the new fields that have been added to the Payroll Properties in this release.

Enhancement – New system variables were add to MAR for the miscellaneous pays and deduction descriptions in payroll.

Enhancement – A new table called USERGLOBALS is now created automatically each time an MAR Report is run and contains a single record of all the current company global settings.  Simply add this table to any MAR report in order to have access to company global fields in the report.

Corrected the Job Cost Capsheet Report in MAR which was not reporting voided a/p check entries properly in the cost detail.  In addition, the estimated cost amounts were not respecting the report cutoff dates.  These problems have been corrected.

Corrected the report dialog in MAR for date ranges and transaction cutoff dates that were not working when a cutoff date was entered manually instead of using the drop down calendar to select the date.  Although the report title would show the date that was entered, the actual data behind the report was not filtering correctly for the hand entered date.  This problem has been resolved and both hand entered dates as well as dates picked from the drop down calendar work correctly.

Enhancement –The Change Order Form in the MAR Report Library (pmco1.341) has been modified to include a new field called DaysExtension in the COFormData table.  You can now customize the Change Order Form and include the project extension days if required.

Enhancement – The Change Order Dialog Screen has a been modified with a new field called Workday Extension.  This field was required in order to record the total number of days to be extended on the entire project for the selected change order.  Change Order Requests (COR) for each category are rolled up into approved change orders (CO) and each COR has its own Workday Extension field.  However, the work outlined in the individual CORs might be done at the same time (parallel processes) so the total number of extension days from all COR entries would not accurately reflect the total number of days needed to extend the entire project completion date.

Enhancement – A new field was added to the payroll properties screen called employer contribution cap percentage. This field can be accessed for custom payroll deduction reports for computing employer contribution cap amounts when employers have plans such as Simple IRAs for where employee contributions are matched by the employer.
