PR

Fixed prmagemp.adt error that would occur when entering the W2 screen.  This would occur when a second user had entered the employee screen which then unlocked the employee table .

PR

Fixed suppression formula on the certified payroll reports that was preventing the social security number from printing when an employee did not have overtime.

PR

New union report (Pr5y.rpt) created to be used as a report substitution for Prrep5y.rpt (weekly - include reconciliation options).  The default report, Prrep05y.rpt, was designed to print each list of benefits found on each union code (ie 101.00, 101.01, 101.02).  Due to the fact that each code could have different benefits and/or different rates, the report did not summarize all of the benefits.  The new report contains a parameter to suppress the benefit information on non-master union codes (ie. any code with a decimal not equal to zero), and a parameter to prevent a page break on each new union code.  This report also provides a report total of the benefits based on the benefits listed on the master code.

GL

Corrected '...not a valid time stamp' or '...not a valid value' error that would occur when opening the bank reconciliation program.

IV

Corrected an issue on inventory receivers that when you selected an inventory part from a group of parts that had the same manufacturers code, the proper description and pricing was not appearing for the selected part.

JC

Added a reminder to the Job Cost | Update Jobs | Cash Basis Costs tab to be sure to click Save on the tab before clicking the Job Save button when changing a job cost phase description.

PR

Updated tax withholding tables for 2005 for the following states:

Arizona - Updated percentages for payroll tax calculations that are effective 2005.  You will need to update each employee with the proper percentage.  If you fail to update each employee with the proper percentage, AccuBuild will display a message during the tax calculation indicating which employees have not been updated.

Missouri - The standard deduction was updated to $5000 for 2005.

New Mexico - The withholding tables have been updated for 2005.
