Created a new menu option on the Help menu called Release Notes to make it easier to review system changes.  The main toolbar will need to be reset to view this new menu option.  Click on the Down Arrow button next to the Help option, select Add or Remove Buttons, and then select Reset Toolbar.

Corrected a bug in the a/p handwritten checks that was not updating the units field from a linked unpaid invoice.

Wish List - On the Accounts Payable Invoice screen, added a new memo field for each invoice reference number.  Each line item on the invoice can have its own description which will now be the description field that updates into the various modules includes the general ledger, job cost and the equipment module.

Fixed a bug in Misc Cash Receipts that prevent one-sided entries from posting.

Wish List - The General Journal screen now displays the total debits and credits for each journal entry.  In addition, the Done button will automatically be hi-lighted when the entries are in balance.

Enhancement - Added a new retention percentage control on the Purchase Order Payable Invoices screen to automatically calculate retention on each line item.  This feature is mainly used on subcontractor orders where retention is held.

Corrected a bug in the payroll timecard screen - The new auto flat pay amounts set up in the employee file was not always checking the exemptions for workers comp and union accruals.

As promised, the second phase of development in the Enterprise Edition of AccuBuild has now begun which is to improve the performance of slower operations that tend to cause bottlenecks in the system.  Based on our test data, these operations perform from 20 to 100 times faster than the BDE version.

The following operations have been re-written to dramatically increase performance:  Payroll Integrity Tests - All Tests; File Maintenance (deletion of historical data); Update GL Master; Update Job Master, Update Billing Totals; Month End Closeout
