Added the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and the District of Columbia to the withholding tables.  To add the tables to an existing company, you must select the All Tests option in the Payroll Integrity Tests.

New Jersey - Use the ETT Accumulator to handle the employer's portion of SDI as there is no ETT  in this state.
