Time Card Worksheet Entries

There are a variety of reports that can be printed for time card records that are entered through AccuBuild Mobile or directly into the Time Card Worksheet Screen.  These reports will not include the time card entries that are manually entered into the Enter/Update Time Card Screen (time card batch).

 

The reports listed below may be printed from the Time Card Worksheet screen before the entries are imported into the payroll batch.  Due to the fact that these are printed from the data entry screen, these are considered 'forms' and the system default can be replaced with one or more of these forms using the Reports > Custom Form Assignment option.  

 

Payroll Time Sheets - By Job (PrTime1.265) - System Default

Payroll Time Sheets - By Employee (PrTime2.265)

Payroll Time Sheets - By Job - Exception Errors (PrTime4.265)

Payroll Time Sheets - By Employee Exception Errors (PrTime5.265)

 

The exception error reporting will test for specific scenarios that AB may consider an error such as an entry coded to a phase code that doesn't exist on the job or in the phase master.  This scenario can occur when time entries are imported from a spreadsheet.  This report class can also be tailored to test for scenarios that are unique to your company.  Please contact the AB Support Team to discuss your options.

 

 

These reports may be printed from the Reports > Payroll Reports Menu.

 

Time Card Worksheet Entries - My Entries Only (Prrep19.641) - This report was renamed to make it clear that this will only show worksheet entries that were entered by the current user.  A report dialog has been added so that you can select your Open (Non-Processed) entries by a date range and for selected employees.

 

Time Card Worksheet Entries - All Entries (Prrep19.642) - This new report can filter both 'Open' and 'Processed' worksheet entries, regardless of the user who entered the data, for any date range and for selected employees.
