Print Dispatch Log Report

The Dispatch Log Report is a historical dispatch log and may contain entries from the current dispatch log (dispatch.adt) as well as the historical dispatch log (disphist.adt).  Options exist for specifying a range of dates as well as selecting specific log types.  The report is grouped by log type and load counts are subtotaled for each day as well as for each log type.
