Payroll Time Card Screen
The time card screen for auto and handwritten checks will no longer open automatically in Add Mode if time card entries already exist for the employee. If records exist when the time card screen is displayed, the user will need to click on the Add Button in order to enter more records.
Payroll Reports
The Advanced Union Report option in the BDE Version is now the Monthly Union Report option in the Enterprise Version. The original Monthly Union Report formats available in the Foundation Version have now been discontinued.
Posting Automatic Payroll Checks - Reports
The Enterprise Version of Accubuild will not have an option in the Company Configuration Settings for printing the spread reports during the posting of automatic payroll checks because a copy of the batch files cannot be made to pass to Crystal Reports while inside a transaction. All payroll reports will have to be printed after the posting has been completed. The payroll reports that should be printed to mimic the reports that were printed automatically in the BDE Version are:
Check Register and Burden Report
Payroll Detail by Job - Detail Option
Employee Transaction Report - Totals Only
Note: Be sure to use the transaction date (check date) when printing the reports. Be aware that these reports will be printed based on the date criteria and will not be printed based on the individual batch. Therefore, if more than one batch was processed with the same check date, then the reports will be a summary of all batches with the same transaction date.
