The Lien Releases option is used to produce lien release forms for both accounts receivable and accounts payable (vendors, material suppliers, and subcontractors).
Four types of release forms can be produced: Conditional Progress (rbCPRels.rtm), Unconditional Progress (rbUPRels.rtm), Conditional Final (rbCFRels.rtm) , and Unconditional Final (rbUFRels.rtm). Each of these release forms can be tailored by the user to meet their specific company needs.
Important Note: The AccuBuild Lien Release Forms are provided as templates only and you will need to modify these documents to meet the legal requirements for your company. The AccuBuild Release Templates are NOT intended to be used as your final release forms, therefore, you MUST modify these forms before using them.
