Ledger Integrity Tests

This option allows the user to periodically perform a series of integrity tests on the data in the Ledger module.  These tests, with the exception of the update option(s), are also performed automatically with the System Administrator > Month End option.

The Ledger Integrity Tests consist of two options: All Tests and Update G/L Master.  The All Tests option runs a series of integrity tests on all of the ledger files to check for errors or corruption in the files. The Update Module option is used to update the ledger master file whenever errors are generated in the ledger system that indicate a conflict between the ledger master list and the ledger detail files.
